Blogging!

I was on our friends blog and I saw this "why I blog..." in her sidebar. It was a quote from Gordon B Hinckley. It goes as follows: "You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience." This is exactly why I do it. I don't journal. I don't scrapbook. My pictures are still waiting to go in an album. Which I will eventually have to do. But for now, the blogging does the trick. So,thanks Mckell! I hope you don't mind me stealing your sidebar quote but that pretty much summed it up for me. For the record: I did not win a handbag and nobody I know won,won either. Ya,I know. All that work for nothin'!
