Happy birthday Jake!!

15 years ago today our prayers were answered. We loved you the minute we found out we were pregnant with you. We waited so long for you and from the minute you were born you have been an absolute joy to have in our lives. Dad and I are so proud of all the things you have accomplished. I wish I could hold you close and never let you grow up. We love you so much and look forward to all the adventures you will continue to bring to our family.
